UZ Engineered Products opened its doors in 1982 to help companies in the industrial, commercial, and institutional markets run more smoothly.

Product Line
In response to that need, the UZ Engineered product line has evolved into a line of more than 22,000 high quality maintenance engineered products including:

Each product line is manufactured using the latest technology to increase customer productivity, reduce cost related to energy, repairs and downtime, and to maximize profitability. All appropriate lines are offered in Assortments of the most widely used items to insure that the correct item and size are always available. Sensible product packing designed for the maintenance user is a key element of the UZ Controlled Inventory Program.

Distribution
UZ's commitment to the MRO customer is reflected in all aspects of the business. Distribution is through a fully stocked ISO 9001:2000 certified distribution center. Because of our broad inventory and using our advanced order fulfillment system, we are able to ship 94% of all orders we receive on the very same day we receive them.

Special Orders
We have a fully staffed Special Orders Department whose sole mission is to locate unusual and hard-to-find parts related to industrial maintenance.

At UZ Engineered Products, we are totally committed to providing the highest level of service possible in a fast. friendly and efficient manner. Our sales associates can be found across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, providing world-class service that includes inventory management and maintenance.

We've established 1-800 numbers for both our field representatives and our customers so orders can be processed without delay and questions can be promptly answered.

Our customer service team of inside and outside associates receive their training in-house and on-site at customer facilities. Candor, responsiveness, and accuracy are most emphatically stressed. That means you only need to speak with one person to get the answers you seek. If that associate has to do some fact-gathering first, they'll get back to you...fast. You won't be kept on hold, or transferred from one person to the next.

Our entire field organization is well trained at our corporate center on all aspects of our product lines, how they are used and how they fulfill the customer's needs. All sales associates undergo rigorous training throughout their careers to keep them on the cutting edge of how to help business run more smoothly.

Controlled Inventory Program (CIP)
